Mission Trip - 2013

You are welcome just to visit or you may sponsor a ministry project.

During your visit you can impact each of GGM's ministries: 
 
 
 
 
In village churches:  
     1. Join in evening worship service and house visits.

     2. Tutor village children in English.

     3. Paint village churches.

     4. Construct bathroom for missionary.

     5. Build compound walls for church

 

With the children at the Home:

     1. Tutor basic English skills.

     2. Assist in construction of New Children’s Home compound wall.

     3. Build an outside kitchen at the New Children’s Home.

     4. Facilitate fun activities

     5. Teach bible stories.

 

At the Indian Theological Seminary:

     1. Complete men’s dorm, 2nd floor

     2. Attend the annaul Children's Rally

     3. GGM Main Building: Finish the roof with tiles or repair the veranda flooring      

     4. Teach sessions for students (by qualified teachers)

     5.  Observe seminary classes and attend worship services.

             

With any project, we'll provide cost of completion and fundraising opportunities to meet expenses.

Mission trips are planned for January 18 and February 20 2013.  Maximum of 10 persons per trip. Recommended stay 7-10 days. You'll stay at the Children's Home to be immersed in the lives and culture of our kids. Teenagers welcome with adult supervision. We recommend a 5 month advance commitment for planning and fundraising. Additional sightseeing can be arranged.

 

Estimated per person costs: $2000

 

· R/T Airfare:  $1200-$1500

· All inclusive daily charge: $25/day      (lodging, food, ground transportation, India airport transfers)

· Passort/Visa, immunizations, optional trip/medical evac insurance, incidentals - Extra (estimated at $500)
