A Ministry to Orphans
GGM’s Children’s Home, now 18 years old, is graduating. Thanks be to God for putting a desire into the hearts of many of our partners who have shared the dream… we are building a New Children’s Home!
Since inception in 1992, GGM has rescued 65 children from poverty, abuse, hunger, and fear. The home is unique not only because if its nurturing family environment but also because our children are brought up with the love of Christ surrounding them. This love serves as a testimony to the whole community, thereby fulfilling the vision of GGM. Many come to the home seeking a safe haven but it does not have the space or facilities to provide for all of God’s worthy children.
Originally a single family home, 33 children now live in a space smaller than the average American home. At less than 1700 sq. ft., this space is not adequate for 33 growing children. Limited space means limited furniture like beds and dressers and the yard to too small to run and play.

The New Children’s Home
The new home’s 3/4 acre plot of land, located next to GGM’s seminary and administrative offices, expands the GGM main campus and offers better oversight, tutoring, and mentoring for the children. At 3000 sq. ft, more space means more children will be cared for. Two large dorm rooms flank each end of the two story building. Rooms for study, dining, and better facilities will greatly enhance every child’s living experience at the Home. The yard will be large enough to run and play, safely secured with a perimeter wall. The New Children’s Home will be a wonderful place to live, grow, and thrive!
Over 1/3 of the required capital has been donated and construction began in August 2010. The children will forever remember your loving kindness with your name memorialized on a plaque in the Home.
A $100 or more donor will be listed on the prayer room’s “Wall of Perseverance”. A $1000 or more donor will have a room named in their honor. A $5,000 or more donor will have a dorm named in their honor.
Building a Better Life for our Children
Thank you for your heart towards GGM’s orphaned children - 100% of your donation goes to completing the Children’s Home. Along with your check, please include your email address, telephone number and, for qualifying gifts, the name(s) to be included on the plaque.
Gilgal Gospel Mission is a 501(c)( 3) tax exempt organization. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Copies of our tax form 990 are available upon request.
